Half sous vide spring chicken served with fresh herb, almond, citrus and pomegranate couscous and finished with a green salad and Aramaic oil

SANTA FE SALAD $22

Fire-roasted corn, black beans, cheddar cheese, tortilla shards, capsicum, tomato, Spanish onion and chopped mixed greens with spicy peanut-shallot vinaigrette
